With a strong presence on Denmark's OMX-Nasdaq Stock Exchange, Korral offers equity trading and equity research of quoted small to mid-cap Scandinavian equities, and specialises in raising capital from institutional and eligible professional investors. We provide guidance to our corporate clients on the structure, size, timing and pricing of equity issues and act as lead book runner and placing agent.

As a corporate broker we act as the interface between the client company, the relevant stock exchange and the investment community to ensure that each understands the key drivers of the other. In this role we organise investor road shows and give advice on equity markets.

Block Trading

Korral offers a cost-efficient way to buy or sell shares. We can target a broad group of potential buyers and/or sellers in strict confidence without indicating the counterparty's identities. Leveraging our banking relationships, Korral can communicate quickly and provide rapid execution.

Primary Issues

Our background in key sectors means that we have knowledge of what investors are looking for and we help our corporate clients to position themselves accordingly. We access a wide range of institutional investors in Scandinavia and the EU.

We aim to build a spread of investors who understand the company and its strategy and seek to ensure optimum timing and pricing for the IPO. We play an active role in managing the aftermarket for new issues as a retained corporate broker and regularly update the knowledge base of shareholders through equity research, sales and through arranging meetings between the company and stakeholders. We thereby seek to optimize the positioning of companies to undertake any further capital increases against a background of supportive and knowledgeable investors.
